You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to open and operate a ug338 account. Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory.
All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Supported channels include BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

| "Bonus" | Any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, or other incentive granted by ug338 to a User's Account, subject to specific wagering requirements. |
| "KYC" | The identity verification process required by ug338 before a User may make withdrawals. Acceptable documents include a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP). |
| "Wagering Requirement" | The total amount a User must wager before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x). |
| "Prohibited Jurisdiction" | Any country or territory in which accessing or using the Platform is unlawful under applicable local law. |
By registering an Account or accessing the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
To access the full range of ug338 services — including deposits, wagering, and withdrawals — you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information if any details change.
Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to open multiple accounts (whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or device identifiers) constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. ug338 reserves the right to merge, close, and/or void the balances of duplicate accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. ug338 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. You agree to notify ug338 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account.
ug338 is required to verify the identity of all Users prior to processing withdrawal requests. Verification requires submission of a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP) or equivalent government-issued photographic identification. ug338 reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation at any stage. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following request will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed.
An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be designated as inactive. ug338 may apply an administrative fee to inactive Accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform. Users will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied.
All deposits to your ug338 Account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. ug338 does not accept third-party deposits. Supported deposit channels include BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit amounts vary by channel and are displayed at the point of transaction.
ug338 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees. Any such fees are the User's sole responsibility.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your verified name. ug338 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification as described in Clause 3.4.
Withdrawal requests submitted during normal WIB banking hours are typically processed within 5–60 minutes for BCA, BRI, and BNI transfers. Processing times for other channels and requests submitted outside banking hours may be longer. ug338 does not guarantee specific processing times and will not be held liable for delays caused by the receiving financial institution.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published on the Payments page of the Platform and may be updated from time to time. ug338 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to large withdrawal requests, which may require additional documentation and extend processing time.
All Funds held in your Account are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). ug338 does not offer multi-currency accounts. All bets, casino wagers, and game stakes are settled in IDR.
If an Account is closed — whether by the User or by ug338 — any remaining verified Funds will be held for a period of 90 days and returned to the User upon written request, subject to satisfactory identity verification. Funds remaining unclaimed after 90 days following Account closure may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
ug338 offers various promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and tournament prize pools. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms in addition to these General Bonus Terms.
Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus requires Rp 3.000.000 in qualifying wagers before a withdrawal can be requested.
ug338 actively monitors for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, and coordinating with other users to manipulate promotion outcomes. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided and may face permanent suspension.
ug338 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, with or without notice, where there is a legitimate operational or legal reason to do so. Bonuses already credited to a User's Account at the time of modification will be honored subject to the terms in effect at the time of crediting.
All sports bets placed on ug338 are subject to the specific league and market rules published in the Sportsbook Rules section of the Platform. In the event of a conflict between general terms and specific market rules, the specific market rules prevail. ug338 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where:
Football betting markets — including Asian handicap (voor bola), Over/Under, 1X2, mix parlay accumulators, and BTTS — are available for BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and other selected competitions. Specific settlement rules for each market type are published in the Sportsbook Rules.
Casino and slot games are operated using independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Each game's rules, RTP (Return to Player) percentage, and volatility rating are published within the game interface. ug338 cannot override individual game outcomes. Any dispute regarding a game result must be reported to customer support within 72 hours of the session in question.
Live dealer games are subject to additional rules regarding bet placement deadlines within each game round. Bets placed after the designated cut-off point in a live round will be void. Technical disconnections during a live game round will be handled in accordance with the Platform's disconnection policy, details of which are available in the Help section.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws are conducted at scheduled times and results are published on the Platform promptly following each draw. ug338's determination of draw results is final. Payouts for 2D, 3D, and 4D formats are calculated at the odds displayed at the time the ticket was purchased.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:
ug338 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where there is a reasonable basis to believe that the User has breached any provision of this Agreement, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
Users may request Account closure at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any remaining verified balance (net of unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be offered for withdrawal to the User's verified payment method.
Users who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, the User will be unable to deposit, wager, or access game features. All content on the ug338 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, interface design, text, graphics, game assets, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of ug338 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in this Agreement transfers any intellectual property rights to the User.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without prior written consent from ug338.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ug338 excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions — whether express or implied — regarding the Platform's merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
ug338 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:
In no event shall ug338's aggregate liability to any User exceed the total net deposits made by that User to their Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ug338's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.
ug338 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with third-party service providers only where necessary to operate the Platform (for example, KYC verification providers and payment processors), and such providers are contractually bound to process your data securely and only for the specified purpose.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is the User's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Historical versions of these Terms are available on request by contacting customer support.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ug338 holds its operating license. Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under any applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact ug338 customer support at [email protected] and allow a period of 30 days for informal resolution before pursuing any formal proceedings.
If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration conducted under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body in ug338's licensing jurisdiction. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted solely on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.
